Shipping & Delivery

Every orangchawal piece is made to order, crafted especially for you, and packaged with the same care that went into creating it. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Production time
As all our pieces are pre-order, your order is prepared once it is confirmed. Production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, after which your piece is dispatched. We will keep you updated at every stage.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are not included in the product price. As we work with a few trusted courier partners, we choose the best option for your location and share the shipping charges with you separately once your piece is ready. They are charged as per actuals and kept minimal.

Delivery within India
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

International delivery
We ship worldwide from Mumbai. International orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your courier and tracking details by WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature packaging, designed to keep it safe in transit and ready to gift.

Delivery address
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct, as couriers may need to contact you. We are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
